Shipping Information

Processing Time: Your order will typically be processed within 2 business days after receipt of order.

Delivery Times: After your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Standard delivery time is between 4-7 days from the time of shipment. Please note that this is an estimated delivery time and actual delivery time may vary depending on location and other factors. If you have placed a pre-order, we will only ship the products once all products are available. This is to avoid unnecessary double deliveries. 

Shipping Costs: For standard shipping within Germany, we charge a flat fee of €6.99. Additional fees may apply for shipping outside Germany.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track the delivery status of your order online.
