blasmusikshirt.at does not grant returns, credit your account, or replace any printed product unless
- the product was misprinted
- the product was damaged (excluding transit damage)
- the product does not match the fulfillment information (e.g., printed image is misplaced, product is the wrong size, color, or type, etc.).
blasmusikshirt.at has the sole discretion to grant a return (including the refund method), credit to your account, or a replacement for a printed product. To request a refund, credit, or replacement, you must send a photo and a brief description of the issue via email to support@blasmusikshirt.at within 14 days of delivery.
For clarification, blasmusikshirt.at does not grant returns, credit your account, or replace any printed product for the following reasons only:
- it was unsatisfactory for any reason (excluding compliance with the provided fulfillment information)
- The shipping service provider did not complete delivery/delivery was delayed
In such cases, you must place a new order, or the recipient of the individual order must attempt to resolve the delivery dispute with the shipping service provider.

Unclaimed Shipments
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer is not found at the delivery address provided by them or they do not pick up the goods within the storage period at the responsible post or parcel office, and the goods are therefore returned to us, we reserve the right not to refund the costs of the original shipping.

Reshipment
At the customer's request, the goods can be reshipped after consultation. The customer bears the costs for the reshipment.

Cancellation and Refund
If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal and the goods have already been returned to us, we will refund the purchase price minus the shipping costs. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.

In the case of a purchase contract for the delivery of several goods in several partial shipments under a single order, the following applies:
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form and contact us by email at support@blasmusikshirt.at, or you can log in here directly to your customer area, where you will find a withdrawal button.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt of such a withdrawal (e.g., by email).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties, and functionality.
Important note:
Should the returned goods be used or soiled beyond what is necessary for examination, we reserve the right to deduct a value replacement or refuse the return. This particularly applies to used or damaged goods that are not returned in a resalable condition.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
- Delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive.
- Delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
This means that for products designed by you in the Customizer and products and designs that are personalized for you by blasmusikshirt.at, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised. These products are excluded from refunds and returns, unless they are delivered faulty (excluding transit damage).
